How to Weave Japanese 2-in-1 (Kusari)
This Japanese Chain is actually the most simple of all chains, where every link is connected to 2 others. While very simple, this chain is the base for just about all Japanese patterns, so it is important to understand how to efficiently make large quantities of it.
  1. Attached two closed rings to one open ring and close the open ring.
  2. Place a closed ring through an open then put the open ring through a closed ring at one end of the chain. Close the open ring.
  3. Repeat step 2 for the desired length.
